On the first floor you get access to Studio 1 from the landing. This great space (30m2) is located at the front of the building and also has a beautiful high ceiling with ornament and a beautiful window with a view over the Stationsstraat, Wilhelminasingel and the Wyckerbrugstraat. And as icing on the cake, you can also enjoy this view from the balcony.

This studio has a beautiful spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, double bed (180x200) and a comfortable sofa, which is also suitable for a double bed (160x200).

There is also a kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher and combination oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a cozy (drinks) table for 6 people.
